CareCore National is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing company and our expanding Colorado Springs operations!

The Company:

Our pre-certification, health insurance claims adjudication, and imaging network quality management products address a wide array of healthcare specialties that touch the lives of over 45 million insured across more than 35 health insurance carriers. CareCore National is headquartered in Bluffton, SC which is home to corporate operations, the medical claims adjudication division, the imaging network quality management division, and call center operations. Colorado Springs hosts additional call center operations.

The Position:
CCN Customer Service Representatives work in an inbound call center environment directly with medical offices and patients to assist in creating and processing medical pre-certifications. CSRs collect and enter demographic information; transfer calls to other departments; educate callers on pre-authorizations requirements, reconsiderations, and appeals; and work with medical facilities, patients, and physician’s offices to investigate and resolve any pre-certification issues.

Compensation:
The Customer Service Representative position is full-time with benefits. This, as is with many other positions in the company, has the opportunity to work from home in the Colorad o Springs metro area.

Hours:
Scheduled hours for our Customer Service Representatives are Monday through Friday with a schedule that is to start no earlier than 7AM and no end later 7PM.

Requirements:

High School graduate or higher education
Call Center Experience preferred
Previous medical office environment experience preferred
Experience with computer data entry, customer service, medical terminology, or managed care is preferred
Must type 30 WPM or more and have good active listening skills
