The Customer Service Representative will be primarily responsible for working with brokers and customers by receiving and expediting orders, coordinating delivery of orders with the Distribution department, troubleshooting and supporting all Sales department customer teams. This role is part of a fast paced, rapidly changing, team environment.

Principal Accountabilities:
Interface with customers to take service orders via fax, phone, Electronic Data Interchange or email

Gather and log information relevant to customer complaints

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization

Coordinate customer sample requests with the Sales department

Assist the Distribution department with information on order delivery requirements and follow-up to ensure customer requirements are met

Flexibility and willingness to address issues during non-scheduled work days as needed

Support data generation for new customers or customer attribute creation as needed

Additional project work as assigned


High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills

Bachelors Degree

1 year of customer service experience

SAP or ERP experience
