Customer Service Representative
Central Transport, LLC, a privately held international transportation and logistics company headquartered in Warren, Michigan is seeking dynamic, energetic and focused Customer Service Representatives. These are part time OR full time positions that provide an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door. Central Transport prides itself on promotion from within.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting customers from coast to coast with any issues they may have concerning the shipment of their freight in a fast paced call center environment. Customer Service works closely with many other departments, including Sales, Supply Chain and Operations, providing an avenue for career growth into anyone of these or other departments.

Provide excellent customer service via telephone or email
Maintain and answer various email queues pertaining to freight movement
Positive representation of company through multiple platforms
Excellent attendance and attitude required
