To effectively handle incoming claim information from our customer/client base
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into computer system
Explain all benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures
Interface with customers, clients and vendors
Attend assigned training sessions for further career advancement
