Provide support and solutions for customers, stores, and delivery drivers
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to arrange for product delivery or questions regarding their delivery
  • Provide each customer with the highest level of customer service with a reassuring attitude and a willingness to resolve any of their issues
  • Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a call-center environment preferred
    • Bi-lingual preferred but not required
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Computer and clerical experience preferred
    • Strong organization skills
    • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Stable work history
    • Work well with others
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time
    • High school diploma or equivalent
