Course Hero the largest online learning platform, provides a suite of online study resources that help students learn more effectively, is looking for a friendly, experienced customer service representatives with a great sense of humor and a problem-solving mindset to work mornings, nights and weekends.

What you'll do
  • Support customers over phone, email and various other communication channels.
  • Answer general questions about the Course Hero platform including our site functionality and policies.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys
  • A variety of other tasks that will help us deliver the best support in the education industry!
  • Ensure highest quality service experience to our customers instilling a positive member experience with each interaction.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
What we are looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer facing role, or a proven understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Friendly, upbeat personality and demonstrated experience owning a customer issue and following it all the way until the customer is happy.
  • Clear communication, collaboration and organizational skills
  • Self-starter and goal-oriented
  • Must be computer proficient and able to multi-task on a regular basis
