The Customer Service Representative provides superior service to our customers both in the Brazoria County and Greater Houston areas. Provides assistance to customers for scheduling service calls for HVAC maintenance and repairs. Coordinates with service department for dispatching of service calls.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years experience answering phones and entry level accounting experience. Dispatching experience and/or bilingual a plus. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, good computer knowledge, ability to work with others, and the ability to multitask are musts.
This is an in-office position and will not require work outside of the office.
This job requires at least 40 hours a week Monday-Friday, with hours varying from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Some overtime and occasional Saturdays are required. Timeliness, reliable attendance, and positive attitude are essential to this position.
Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screening upon hire.
