ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Process customer orders in EDI ( Electronic Data Interchange)

2. Provide full range of sales support functions including requests for product information and documentation required by internal and external customers, distributors, and sales staff

3. Provide problem resolution as necessary with regard to customer complaints, delivery issues, and management of product availability

4. Responsible for coordinating and tracking all sample requests for new and existing sales opportunities

5. Complete and distribute quality memorandum filed by customers or sales team

6. Act as liaison between sales and inter-company departments to maximize order fulfillment and service level objective

7. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment

8. Adhere to GMP requirements

9. Performs other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. High School diploma/preferably 2 years college degree or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience

3. Experience with a frozen food manufacturer, food broker, or related administrative field strongly preferred

4. Intermediate MS Office skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word

5. General computer knowledge and advanced data entry skills

6. Experience using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for order processing a MUST

7. General ERP system experience specific to: Order Entry and Returns; Basic shipping and order routing; Ability to interpret system generated reports based on business requirements

8. Must possess good interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with others

9. Experience working in a faced paced environment (e.g. seeing job functions through

from start to finish)

10. Effective time management skills
