We are currently seeking a full- time Customer Service Representative . The Customer Service Representative r esponds to customers’ phone calls to resolve product issues, answer questions, check status of returns and orders; authorizes product returns; processes sales orders; enters data into ERP; reviews log sheets and inspects returned apparel /product and determines action to take; creates Credit Memos and Debit Memos in ERP; produces end - of - month reports for defective products returned; covers receptionist duties as needed; performs Receiving duties when needed; notifies appropriate departments on the arrival of deliveries; alerts Purchasing Department when supplies are low.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Confer with customers by telephone and in person to provide information about products and services, take or enter return authorization numbers, or obtain details of complaints Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, reco r ding details of inquiries, complaints, or comments , as well as actions taken Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated depart ments for further investigation Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particu lar loss is covered by warranty Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of return authorization res ults or any planned adjustments Resolve customers’ service or order complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, returning product, or adjusting accounts Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices and prep are invoices for returned goods Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints a nd to determine possible causes Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoice s, or orders to verify accuracy Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools or postage meter Determine shipping methods, routes, or ra tes for materials to be shipped Perform misce llaneous job-duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of 2 years' of customer service experience in a warehouse environment

Customer service experience with action sports manufacturer a plus

EDUCATION:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
