Fast growing company is looking for a customer service representative.
1. We are looking for a Representative with the ability to answer the phones in a professional manner to demonstrate good telephone etiquette.
2. A Representative that will not make promises unless they can be met.
3. A Representative who listens to the customer’s requests and able to deal with the complaints that sometimes occur and follow up on the resolutions.
4. A Representative that will always be helpful and friendly.
5. A Representative that is willing to take the extra step to satisfy our customers.
6. A Representative that has the ability to make the customer feel appreciated.
7. A Representative willing to learn the products that are being presented before the customer.
Duties include, but not limited to, answering incoming calls from customers regarding orders, pricing and other issue that may arise. Customer Service Representatives are also responsible for entering replacement orders and writing up credit memos.
Applicant must be detail oriented and able to multi task. Telephone experience is a must for this position with great communication and problem solving skills. Computer knowledge is a requirement. Knowledge of the promotional products industry is a plus. We are looking for the perfect person to step in to the position and be able to work quickly but efficiently with minimal error.
