FlatRate Moving® is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Long Distance Moving department who will be responsible for guiding and supporting all our Long Distance customers through their entire moving process.
Sending job confirmations
Providing Move updates to customers while shipment is in transit
Confirming with customer when driver has arrived at destination and the delivery is in progress
Verifying with customer that delivery went well after the driver has finished
Liaise with dispatchers to obtain reports on all completed deliveries
Performing follow-up calls to all customers to ensure that everything went smoothly and
providing detailed contact information for them to use should any queries arise in future
Making sure the customer is happy and would recommend the services of FlatRate Moving®!
A very good understanding of customer needs and how to keep customers happy
Proactive with our customers
Excellent organization and time management skills
Good computer skills, including proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure
Detail oriented and results driven
