This position will involve high-call volume to support customers with quotes, order-processing, consulting on product options, pricing and availability and handling shipment scheduling and tracking. Candidates need to have good computer and typing skills in order to also keep up with emails and a large amount to details. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferrably in a manufacturing company
Experience using SAP
Good computer proficiency
