Customer Service Representative - 4330 Description
      BE PART OF A NEW START-UP TEAM!!!! GENCO ATC is opening a newly located 300,000 plus sq. ft. state of the art Medical Device Distribution Center in Plainfield, Indiana. This facility is Temperature Controlled year round, and will operate three shifts between the hours of 6am – 11pm, Monday through Friday. This state of the art facility will utilize Manhattan Scope Warehouse Management System with RF Technology. Material handling equipment includes: Stand Up Double Deep High Reach, Stand up dock stockers, order pickers and Electric Pallet Jacks. Customers throughout the United States and internationally will be service through full truckloads, LTL, and Parcel shipping methods. Genco ATC has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
      • Ensure all returns and applicable information are processed accurately and timely
      • Investigate and resolve vendor discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
      • Maintaining the best interest of our customer and GENCO ATC policies
      • Prioritizing and multi-tasking workload while working under tight deadlines
      • Strong PC skills a must including internet and windows-based programs, including Excel and Lotus Notes
      • Gather and maintain spreadsheet of daily performance information from various sources;carrier tracking system, facility information and customer information
      • Must be able to work in a team environment
      • Compiling with all GENCO ATC’s policies, guidelines and procedures Coordinating carrier planning and/or special last minute shipping requests with Transportation and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary Tracking orders as required and notify customers of activity concerning their order Qualifications The successful candidate will have:
      • One (1) year of related data processing experience, ideally within a distribution center environment
      • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
      • Ability work with minimal supervision
      • Demonstrated leadership abilities
      • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
      • Typing skills
      • Intermediate Excel skills
      • Flexibility with scheduling and workload responsibilities
