Henry Industries Inc., a 20 year leader in dedicated logistics, has an opening
for a full time customer service representative. This position operates Monday
thru Friday, from 8am to 5pm with an hour clock out for lunch. This position
starts at $11 an hour. To maintain customer compliance you will have to pass a
drug screen and a full background check.
This person will be responsible for letting individuals in the front door. This
position will also answer and transfer calls through a multi-line phone system.
They will also take customer orders, enter them into our Delivery Software, and
dispatch drivers as needed. This position also plays a role in overseeing
specific customer accounts and some of the processes required by the customer.
They will have to be able to communicate with the customer on specific issues,
answer customer questions, and resolve customer issues. This person will need to
have good phone and communication skills so they can effectively talk with both
customers and drivers. This person needs to have good working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel as well as other MS programs. This position sits in and is a
major part of several customer meetings and will be held accountable for
reporting and implementing new processes as these customers require. This is a
fast pace and multi task position which holds a large learning curve over the
first few weeks.
High School Diploma
Familiar with Microsoft Office… Excel, Word and Outlook.
