Provide front desk support for Payroll and Accounting. Direct callers and provide customer service to employees, departments and vendors. Enter tax forms, direct deposit, and tax deductions for the campus payroll office; research and resolve payroll problems.. Primary Responsibilities include: • Provide customer service for Payroll and Accounting. • Process and answer inquiries concerning direct deposit and W4s and employment verifications. • Provide Customer Service to employees and department representatives regarding payroll issues and policies; research and resolve payroll problems. • Distribute and reconcile a variety of exception payroll processing reports.

Required: High School Diploma, at least 1 year of payroll or customer service experience in a Higher education environment
