The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to retail customer concerns, troubleshooting equipment problems and logging proper calls. They will be Using FSMS system for customer service requests using the information provided in instruction screens; places necessary outgoing calls to notify responsible parties. Shift includes one weekend day. Hours range from 7a-9p.

: Call center experience (2 years or more preferred)
: 1st level troubleshooting experience (preferred)
