Insignia Technology Services has a contingency openings for Customer Service Representatives in support of the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy (VAAA). Apply now to this posting for immediate consideration.

Job Location: Frederick, MD

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for registration and scheduling activities

Registration Support:
Serve as Talent Management System (TMS) SME
Responsible for TMS submissions, maintaining student information, and recording course completion data in the TMS database
Maintain course schedule and update website as necessary
Provide customer service to visitors and students
Provide operational support for the Office of the Registrar (OOR) to include course scheduling, participant registration, and processing course cancellations
Serve as a liaison to the participants and visitors of the VA Academy
Monitor communication regarding registration, enrollment, schedule changes, and questions pertaining to VAAA
Manage VAAA classroom schedule to include break-out rooms
Coordinate with each instructor to review VAAA policies and provide general orientation
Coordinate dedicated course requests
Monitor assigned VAAA School mailboxes and respond to participant and stakeholder questions

Classroom setup/preparation:
Ensure classrooms are stocked with supplies
Distribute course materials
Manage classrooms, break-out rooms, and meeting space to include setup/breakdown
Reconfigure classroom desks to support course delivery

Logistic Support:
Prepare student sign-in sheets and facilitate student sign-in and tracking
Perform operational duties as required to support students, instructors, and VAAA daily school operations
Conduct weekly QA checks to ensure training course information is current and correct

Education: Associates degree preferred
Security Clearance: VA NACI (National Agency Check with written Inquiries) Background Investigation

Working knowledge of TMS functionality required
