Inter line Brands, Inc., a leading distributor of Maintenance,
Repair and Operations (MRO) products to the multi-family housing and
professional contractor industries, seeks Customer Service Representative .
This Customer Service Representative position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is based in our Pompano Call Center. The work days are Monday through Friday, and the work hours are 9:30AM to 6:00PM.
Will handle a variety of work arising from incoming calls, faxes and emails. CSRs are the point of contact for our customers and sales reps; they place orders, process returns, track orders and answer general questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Receives customer service calls, resolves issues arising from these calls and processes orders.
Handles and resolves all customer complaints.
Displays friendly and helpful service to both sales reps and customers.
Provides accurate knowledge of product by using catalog and other resources.
Interacts with other departments to resolve billing and shipping issues.
Offers Upsell to Customer when prompted.
Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Processes customer Returns, missing, damaged, short shipped, etc.
Performs special projects as assigned.
1 year customer service call center and data entry experience
Excellent telephone manner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good data entry skills
Ability to handle high phone volume
Good people skills and upbeat personality
