CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Indianapolis SpaceKraft

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative at

our SpaceKraft facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This facility

manufactures packaging products for local and national customers.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is capable of performing a

multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Specific

responsibilities of this position will include: Regular communication

with customers, estimate and enter orders, and perform a variety of

additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships and

support effective manufacturing and shipping operations.

Key Functions:

o Provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate

customer communications via telephone, fax and e-mail

o Accurately enter customer orders into order entry system

o Communicate status of orders to customers

o Initiate entry of customer complaints into the customer

feedback

system.

o Produce estimates and quotations for customers

o Coordinate warehouse inventories, reorder and ship quantities

based on established parameters.

o Work with operations and utilize scheduling system to achieve

on-

time customer deliveries

o Work with sales staff to ensure accurate and timely customer

communications

QUALIFICATIONS:

o Excellent phone etiquette and courteous, professional

communication and customer relationship/service. Strong keyboarding.

Solid experience with use of computers to store and manipulate data.

o The ability to perform math functions including working with

fractions, manipulating and recording figures to provide accurate

quantities, estimating and quotations.

o Effectively multi-task and prioritize time and work

o At least a year of customer relations/service experience,

preferably industry specific customer service experience.

o Fully developed understanding of manufacturing processes.
