Customer Service Representative - Perimeter Area to 14/hr

The purpose of this position is to takeresponsibility ofinbound customer requests and issues. You will deal with Customers and Vendors (Service Providers) on a regular basis.As the face of THE COMPANY for the majority of our customer locations, Customer Representatives must maintain high levels of professionalism as well as the ability to think and solve problems efficiently. This requires the ability to quickly provide meaningful solutions that meet or exceed our customers service level expectations.
- Determine service issue trends that mayuncover vendor issues
- Maintain focus on single call resolution so customers do not have to call back for resolution
- Treat each call and customer with the highest level of excellent service
- Maintain accurate call tracking reports
- Develop a strong understanding of the allCOMPANY customer channels
