Will be working in a Call Center environment handling incoming customer calls. Will be answering questions regarding customer orders, scheduling appointments for service reps. Places outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, etc.) and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary. Typically handles larger clients and more difficult situations. May be required to manage, guide, and motivate teams through the call process. must have call center experience and long term work history.
