The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer billing issues as well as service or trouble related calls for all products. Will coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure completion of services and/or problem resolution. Follows up with customers as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Is responsible for keeping up with process changes and improvements.

Requirements / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience in the telephone and/or cable industry a plus. PC skills and the ability to operate standard office equipment preferred. Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner either face-to-face or via telephone and/or e-mail is an essential requirement for this job.
