Provide superior customer service to support the North East plant customer base.
Answer incoming calls to the plant and Customer Service direct line.
Input and Monitor orders received via phone, fax, email, and web.
Service customers through researching product orders and shipments.
Do outbound calling for orders.
Process reports, apply credits, confirm order shipments, review contract functions, process coupons, log complaint and service issues.
Function as part of a team environment to ensure smooth transaction processes and create on-going positive customer experiences and relationships.
Cross training in all areas of customer service responsibilities will be required.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education:
Requires a High School Diploma / GED and 1-3 Years of Corporate Customer Service experience. Must be proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong customer focus, both on the phone and face-to-face.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Solid communication skills.
Good judgment and ability to make sound business decisions.
Preferred Experience & Education:
4 Year degree in Business, Communications, or Agricultural Business related field.
Preferred Competencies & Other Skills:
A successful candidate must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with limited supervision. They should be able to make decisions on their own and maintain a well-organized office. They also must have the ability to communicate on the phone and face-to-face. The ability to work an expanded schedule when needed is preferred.
