Provide our customers with the best possible service with the goal of "Total customer satisfaction" including answering customer questions, taking and entering orders in UNITY, following the orders throughout the process, communicating any changes to the customer and following up with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
2 years in a Customer Service related position.
Required Competencies & Other Skills:
Computer knowledge and skills a must.
Excellent phone skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple personality types.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Preferred Experience & Education:
2-4 Year College Degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field.
Call Center experience preferred.
