Perform, customer service functions for Spectrum Administrators and serves as liaison between members, plan administrator, PHO, claims department, vendors, and clients.
REQUIRED: 2-3 years of prior call center experience, High School Diploma or equivalent, Must possess good communication skills, both orally and written, and decision making skills. Must possess the initiative to identify and carry out responsibilities to their completion. Strong problem solving abilities and analytical skills. Requires a high degree of professional judgement and inter-personal skills at all levels and among all disciplines. Requires the individual to work independently, requiring minimal supervision
PREFERRED: Insurance and/or claims administration experience preferred
