Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Senior Representative will work within the Dedicated Customer Support team and serve as first point of contact for internal/external customers and sales representatives. The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service via telephone and e-mail - both with varying degrees of complexity. Work request types include but not limited to: Product activation/deactivation, Account Profile Changes, New Account setups, Account Cancellations/Reinstatements, research and verification as well as producing or maintain monthly reports. Required assistance with Customer Service and ePORT phone splits as needed.

Individual must have strong interpersonal skills, should be detail oriented, be customer focused, possess strong customer service and problem solving skills, be results driven who has excellent oral/written communication skills and can work with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality/accuracy (doing it right the first time).

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Minimum 2 years College Degree or equivalent work including Call Center experience

Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision
