In addition to various projects which may arise, the major areas of responsibility are as follows:

Job functions:
  • Answer lessee calls including addresses, invoicing, late charges, payment history, payment options, and fees and other issues
  • Answer lessee correspondence as required
  • Answer lessee requests for fee waivers according to policy
  • Proficiency of Leasing Software to perform daily job function
  • Able to utilize additional systems required to assist customers

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 –3 years of Call Center experience
  • 1 Year of Leasing or Financial Services Experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to complete varied tasks without supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills
Education:
  • High School Diploma Required
  • College Degree Preferred
