My Own Labels/Evermine, an internet catalog company, seeks experienced Customer Service Representatives for full time or part time. Hours TBD, between the hours of five a.m. and five p.m. Personal qualities required include: empathy for people in need, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a commitment to make every single customer happy, and a reputation for always staying calm. Candidate must be able to write emails to customers that are grammatically correct, provide accurate information, and give assurance that customer's concerns are understood and being met. Experience in printing or graphic arts industry helpful.

Responsibilities:

  • answer multi-line phones promptly and courteously
  • reply to emails promptly and courteously, with correct spelling and excellent grammar
  • use computer programs to locate and change orders
  • communicate with customers with a helpful attitude
  • be able to provide solutions that make customers happy

Skills required:

  • professional customer service training
  • ability to help customers via email, telephone, and live chat
  • knowledge of internet browsers and applications
  • a dependable team player with reliable attendance
  • ability to listen
  • a helpful and positive demeanor
  • excellent writing and spelling
  • ability to memorize quickly
