Serve as the Customer Service representative for the Waste Reduction and Recycling office taking phone and email requests, assisting customers and performing data entry. Provide dispatch services in scheduling routine vendor pick ups or deliveries. This position supports the Program Manager and other office staff as needed. Track and order office supplies. Assist in preparing service agreements for distribution. Customer service tickets. Maintain WRR bulletin boards. Prepare signs, copy, print, laminate. Maintain Waste Reduction & Recycling (WRR) events calendar. Schedule meetings and training. Respond to routine questions and relay procedures to customers. Utilize AIM work management system to: create customer requests, monitor for new requests, time sheet entry, equipment use entry.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. Must be able to communicate effectively verbally with supervisors and the general public and understand verbal and written instructions and other communications regarding work assignments and other matters. Administrative support experience. Experience in a customer service role and knowledge of Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
