Job Responsibilities
  • Day to day supervision of customer service representatives
  • Monitoring either live or monitored phone calls
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Operate maintenance queue
  • Follow-up on customer requests via phone and email
  • Coaching and training of customer service representatives and leads
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Project a professional company image through positive phone interaction
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Perform other functions as assigned by management

Job Requirements
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or higher
  • 3 months call center experience
  • Professional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and customer service processes
  • Ability to project a positive attitude
  • Ability to function independently with little supervision
  • Effectively interact with all levels of contacts
  • Effectively communicate new ideas and implement when appropriate
