NatureBox (www.naturebox.com) is an e-commerce company that sells food subscriptions directly to consumers. NatureBox aims to bring food discovery online and give consumers a way to buy unique, great tasting foods from a source that they can trust.

NatureBox is located near downtown San Carlos, CA and is backed by leading venture capital firms. NatureBox is looking for a customer experience representative to be an early member of our exciting rapidly growing, startup. This role has the potential to evolve with the company as we grow and within 12 months can become a management level position. This role calls for regular collaboration with the CEO and CMO to ensure customers have a great experience across all channels (website, emails, social, and calls).
Responsibilities
Provide best-in-class service to customers
Answer customer service calls and resolve issues through our CRM tool
Develop customer service workflow processes as well as scripts for cancel-save, upsell, and other regular customer interactions
Analyze and leverage customer feedback to make product enhancements
Engage potential customers with our content and assist in building our social media presence
Potential to help hire / manage a team of customer experience representatives within 12 months

Experience
2 years of customer service or similar experience
Enthusiasm! We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and energetic.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with ability to influence and coordinate resources and activities across functions.

A creative thinker with critical analysis and problem-solving skills, along with flexibility/adaptability and a knack for thinking on your feet will succeed in this role.
The capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment is critical.
Previous startup experience is a strong plus
