Interact with customers to provide timely and accurate information in response to inquiries about products and services.
Provides exemplary service to customers when processing transactions (orders, returns, and inquiries).
Supports field sales team by providing quotations, fulfilling trunk stock requests and customer purchase orders.
Adheres to all Company policies and assists with maintaining departmental policies.
Analyzes and communicates customer service issues in a timely manner.
Maintains all customer order documentation.
Acts as liaison with other departments and freight forwarder to meet customer requests.
Prepare and distribute necessary sales reports as required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Must be computer literate; prior experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce.com are preferred.
Must possess excellent communications skills (oral and written).
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects.
Must be flexible to a fluctuating work schedule.
Must demonstrate a positive attitude with both internal and external customers.
Prior international customer service experience is a plus.
