We are searching for an exceptional customer service candidate to handle and process a high volume of inquiries from vendors, customers and clients. Located close to the Orlando airport, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, has excellent clerical skills, can resolve multiple issues, and is available to work flexible hours any time from Monday through Sunday between 6am and 2am.

Main Job Tasks
  • Professionally answer all telephone calls and responses to customer email inquiries
  • Coordinate luggage deliveries with vendors
  • Review compliance reports
  • Perform research to obtain information necessary to complete orders
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter customer information, process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year clerical experience and working directly with customers
  • Experience working on various computer applications and/or travel programs
  • High School/GED
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Accurate data entry/keyboard skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively – verbal and written
  • Office/Clerical experience required
  • Travel Industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
