The Customer Service Representative will be working for our Manhattan location and is responsible for handling the day-to-day general office duties and providing telephone support to customers and vendors.

Position Requirements:
  • Must have print or promotional product experience (Candidates without this experience will not be considered)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
  • Strong computer skills required with proficiency in use of software including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Intermediate skill level in composing letters and business email
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
  • May require research skills to troubleshoot customer/vendor issues and opportunities
  • Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintain solid customer and vendor relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Process, enter and follow through with all customer orders using various programs
  • Product sourcing and quoting
  • Provide telephone support to customers and vendors
  • Additional duties as assigned
