Job Summary:
The Remy Customer Service Representative possesses a high level of professionalism while managing our corporate customer order data base, utilizing and monitoring our on line ordering system while providing first line written and verbal communication to our customers in regards to Remy products, deliveries and issues resolutions.
Job Duties:
• Manage customer orders – receive customer order information and input accurately and timely in accordance with Corporate policy
• Act as a professional representative of the company to maintain an excellent rapport and working relationship with our customers, constantly striving to improve that relationship on behalf of the company
• Ensure customer requirements are being accurately reflected to production control, material planners and manufacturing
• Facilitate available inventories to be shipped to customers on schedule
• Provide customers with times and appropriate feedback on open orders and deliveries
• Ensure management is informed of any existing or potential customer issues

Job Requirements & Skills:
• Minimum 2-5 years customer service experience
• Good understanding of how CS interrelates with other functions in the organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are skills are necessary
• Committed to delivering quality product—monitors process to ensure quality
• Ability to manage multiple issues and responsibilities simultaneously
• Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills
• Has a clear understanding of procedures and techniques
• Works under supervision

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
