Job Description:
Ryan Specialty Group LLC, is a global organization
comprised of wholesale insurance brokerage, Managing
General Underwriters, and syndicates at Lloyd's of
London. WKF&C, one of our premier business segments,
seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our
growing, fast-paced office located in Melville, Long
Island New York. The ideal candidate will have
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, in particular
Excel, data analysis, and quality assurance review
experience. Insurance industry experience a plus but not

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Handle the review and quality checks of various
insurance and non-insurance related projects,
assuring that compliance with external and internal
regulations are met.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain procedural
checkpoints, methods, techniques.
  • Analyze, review, and address breaches in authority
to insure integrity of products and procedures.
  • Complete documentation and review of all accounts
assigned utilizing Excel and MS Word.
  • Review policies for completeness, develop and
recommend internal controls to improve operational
  • Participate in meetings/educational
seminars/continued education courses offered.
  • Special Projects as assigned.
Education/Experience/Skills: ยท
  • Project review, experience with adherence to
compliance issues.
  • Demonstrated proficient writing expertise.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, decision making and
negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of
Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Insurance Industry experience desirable.
