The pay is $15.93/hr and benefits are available AFTER successful completion of training and transition, approximately three months.

SRP's award winning Residential Customer Service (RCS) call centers employ up to 250 employees. The call centers are located in Tempe, Arizona and Queen Creek, Arizona. SRP maintains a very fast-paced and structured environment handling electric service inquiries for over 940,000 customers. Our phone center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Training will be six weeks, 40 hours per week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tests will be given throughout the duration of training and a predetermined passing grade must be maintained to continue employment.
These positions are flexible status positions. After training, hours will range from 20-40 hours per week, depending on business needs. Throughout the summer, hours are expected to average 40 hours per week. Throughout the winter, hours are anticipated to be reduced, although not less than 20 hours per week can be expected.
The Call Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After completion of training and transition, shifts will be assigned based on scheduling needs and may include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Shift differential is offered to those working swing shift (noon to 8pm start time)
These positions are being recruited for the Pinal Customer Center, 3735 E. Combs Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85242.
PLEASE NOTE: The six weeks of training will be conducted at SRP's Tempe Call Center, 1521 N. Project Drive, Tempe, AZ 85281. Upon completion of training, you will be transferred to the Pinal Customer Center in Queen Creek at the address described above.
