To manage both client and printer relations on-site at a major cereal
manufacturer in Battle Creek, MI.
Managing day to day
interactions with Onsite Schawk Packaging Managers and Prepress
production staff, all while ensuring error-free packaging and on-time
organizing graphic/copy changes for production studio
Gather and coordinate job information with internal departments
and any outside functions including clients and printers
Quality Control review of digital and analog deliverables for
accuracy and completeness
Serves as back-up to the Account Executive for the client
Manages client projects and relationships by attending client
meetings and communicating the clients direction, strategies, and
goals to assigned production representatives
Typically works independently interact with management or more
senior level professionals on non-typical assignments
Handles decisions regarding issues affecting own work and
possibly the work of other team members
Solves non-routine problems in work group or own functional
Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow and operating
Qualifications / Requirements
understanding of the
printing/packaging graphic process, primarily litho, flexo and
Bachelors degree or equivalent
education and experience.
Min 3-5 years experience in a client
position focusing on printing/prepress.
Strong project management skills.
Extremely high attention to detail
and the ability to
multi-task under pressure and tight deadlines.
