The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a direct source of ticket sales for the Lottery. The CSR is responsible for contacting assigned Lottery retailers, via telephone and securing orders for instant lottery tickets as well as handling lottery related questions or problems. Additionally all daily orders and new game orders are packed by the CSR’s and released to UPS for distribution to the retailer network.
The CSR’s report directly to the CO-OP Manager .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact each retailer within assigned call list on a weekly basis
Provide information about new games and promotions
Employ professional telephone sales techniques to maximize retailer’s sales and inventory
Develop positive working relationships with Lottery retailers and assigned territory Marketing Representatives
Provide feedback to CO-OP Manager on retailer or game issues
Package daily tel-sell orders for UPS pick-up and distribution
Package monthly new game orders for UPS pick-up and distribution
