Job Requirements:
6 months - 1year customer service experience
Understanding of Moderate Reviews and Forums
Ability to mediate a variety of customer service issues
Ability to handle difficult customers and variety of personalities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Sales Force (CRM) or other enterprise system helpful, but not required

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in a sales or customer service setting
Experience with online search engine customer care
Equivalent combination of education and experience

Strongly Desire
Strong customer service skills
