Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle, investigate and resolve customer inquiries for the Shopatron order management platform
  • Deliver world class customer service by communicating with energy and personal confidence
  • Utilize selected systems for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks and email
  • Perform detailed documentation of all interactions in software application and escalate issues pursuant to pre-established guidelines
  • Utilize training, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the job and maintain Customer Service department goals
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Continuously seek and recommend improvements for the department
  • Maintain compliance and security requirements when handling customer information
