Job Description:
You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and
timely processing of customer's order, ensuring customer
satisfaction, and assisting in resolving any resulting
issues.

Specific tasks include:
Enter orders
Confirm loading appointment availability
Improve and manage advanced order loading dates
Insure all required text field comments are in place
Contact customers for consignee information
Send completed order confirmation to Logistics
Create order confirmation to customer
Update changes in SAP
Receiving and react to credit holds
Check FSIS for requirements
Confirm inventory and manage special product
requirements
Manage special labeling activity
Make order adjustments and communicate with customers
Manage market pricing and contracted pricing for
customers
This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Business
and/or equivalent experience. 2 years in the customer
service field is preferred.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of
business operations and systems, excellent oral/written
communication skills, organizational skills, with
additional experience involving customer contact,
problem resolution, and related product knowledge.
Proficient in MS Office applications is a must with an
emphasis on Excel, SAP preferred.
