As a SPIROL Customer Service/Proactive Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for handling all standard product sales and service related functions for the organization. The main responsibilities are, but not limited to, pro-active calling new and existing customers, prepare and issue quotes, review orders per the Order Review Process, enter Purchase Orders, perform follow-up calls on quotes and orders. The Customer Service Representative is the in-house representative for the customer and is responsible for working with various staff members to ensure the customer needs are met.

Recommended Qualifications: High School Diploma, AS Degree or trade school education highly preferred; 3-5 Years prior customer service or sales experience preferred; Excellent technical training and learning skills – our products are custom and do not come from a catalog! Ability to build relationships through telephone and e-mail channels; Proficient at multi-tasking without losing the detail; Individuals who are high intensity and have a keen sense of timing and urgency are ideal candidates
