Within Stanley Engineered Fastening's automotive division, an opening is currently available for a Customer Service Representative at our facility in Chesterfield, MI
Position Specific Responsibilities: · Sets up and maintains a good rapport with our customer follow-up personnel. · Communicates scheduling changes (increases/decreases) reflected in customer requirements. · Responsible for all customer external websites, SMART (Chrysler), DDL (Ford) Super G, Plexus, Toyota, GM Supply Power, etc. · Keeps accurate records on cumulative shipments. Coordinates disputes for premium transportation on a timely basis. · Initiates daily shipping orders in conjunction with customer’s weekly requirements, insuring standard packs are shipped whenever possible while avoiding over shipments. · Timely response as first contact with the customer for on-time delivery, quality and application changes. · Follows up with Purchasing on potential shortages. · Pulls customer delivery ratings and reports problems to supervisor. Works with other departments to resolve issues. · Handles incoming RFQs for house accounts and insures parts are quoted to customer.

Experience Required:
High school graduate, with some college preferred.
Minimum Three (3) years customer service experience with major automotive customers.
MRP and EDI software experience.
JD Edwards and Infor (Future 3) is preferred.
