Duties and Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, emails, faxes and voicemails to Spare Parts & Logistics Department. Provide courteous, competent and prompt customer service to all customers. Process spare parts orders through the SAP System. Execute all sales related documents in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure customers are kept well informed regarding the status of their orders. Follow-up calls as required. Research where needed with Technical Service, Purchasing, Logistics and other Departments to ensure proper and timely customer order processing. Protect TRUMPF’s assets and interests when interacting with the customer. Work with other internal TRUMPF departments as needed. Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as they become necessary. Hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., plus 1 to 2 Saturdays per month (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon). Work during some holidays and shutdown may be required.

Qualifications Customer Service phone experience necessary. Must be experienced in handling large volume of calls. Good organizational skills required. Ability to communicate patiently and diplomatically is mandatory. Customer Service experience preferred (2-3 years). Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Work and Excel. Also, must have experience in SAP. High energy, willing to be part of a hardworking team. Minimum High School graduate or equivalent. College degree or equivalent education preferred.
