Customer Service Representative

A Strong customer service individual is needed to carry and build upon a client base within this Manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for assigned high-profile contacts and will also be responsible for working with customers from the sales process through delivery. This is a perfect position for someone with strong customer service experience looking to move up the corporate ladder.

  • Receive orders from the company sales team as well as existing customers.
  • Communicate any atypical terms & conditions to appropriate departments.
  • Enter all orders into production efficiently in order to meet delivery objectives and satisfaction standards
  • Provide recommendations and solutions within existing contracts to improve business relations.
  • Invoice Client companies and monitor payment terms. Participate in departmental meetings regarding standard billing procedures.
  • Monitor quality of product through customer feedback.
  • Act as liaison between clients and technical assistance.
  • Report generation & analysis.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

  • Articulate and professional communication skills
  • 3 or more years work experience as a customer service representative, account executive or similar role
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet capabilities
