Customer Service Representative |
A Strong customer service individual is needed to carry and build upon a client base within this Manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for assigned high-profile contacts and will also be responsible for working with customers from the sales process through delivery. This is a perfect position for someone with strong customer service experience looking to move up the corporate ladder.
- Receive orders from the company sales team as well as existing customers.
- Communicate any atypical terms & conditions to appropriate departments.
- Enter all orders into production efficiently in order to meet delivery objectives and satisfaction standards
- Provide recommendations and solutions within existing contracts to improve business relations.
- Invoice Client companies and monitor payment terms. Participate in departmental meetings regarding standard billing procedures.
- Monitor quality of product through customer feedback.
- Act as liaison between clients and technical assistance.
- Report generation & analysis.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Articulate and professional communication skills
- 3 or more years work experience as a customer service representative, account executive or similar role
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet capabilities
