NYRA is currently seeking individuals to join its NYRA Rewards team.
- Process NYRA Rewards applications.
- Assist NYRA Rewards customers with account queries.
- Troubleshoot password and basic log on issues.
- Provide application process information.
- Must be available to work weekend and holiday.
- Shifts can range from 11 AM to 9 PM
- Experience in a customer service telephone role
- Basic computer skills
- Data entry
- Strong Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal communication
- Excellent phone manner
