NYRA is currently seeking individuals to join its NYRA Rewards team.

Responsibilities:
  • Process NYRA Rewards applications.
  • Assist NYRA Rewards customers with account queries.
  • Troubleshoot password and basic log on issues.
  • Provide application process information.
  • Must be available to work weekend and holiday.
  • Shifts can range from 11 AM to 9 PM

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer service telephone role
  • Basic computer skills
  • Data entry
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Excellent phone manner
