This position is responsible for receiving and processing sales orders as well as communicating with customers sales personnel and other internal departments to facilitate complete on-time damage-free deliveries and accurate invoices. Responsibilities will include:
Processes sales orders.
Maintains communication with customer sales personnel manufacturing and logistics.
Assists customers and sales personnel regarding problem solving that relates to on-time damage free deliveries as directed by the Mgr Customer Service & Office Services.
Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules etc.
Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Years of Related Experience:
Two or more years experience in data entry customer service or related fields.
Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.
