Provides primary Customer Service
support to the Toms River office. Responsible for the activities of unloading
and downloading handhelds. Uploading and processing readings through the meter
reading management system and importing them into the Customer care and billing
system. Handles collections on past due accounts along with account debits and

addition the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for
establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the
company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer
contact and ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.
Customer Service Representative is in a strong position to influence their
satisfaction and our company prosperity, this position requires tact,
sensitivity, and professionalism.
