  • Effectively manage customer service phone lines and emails.
  • Provide prompt and immediate service for E-Commerce customers, and retailers.
  • Manage fraud screen w/in Magento and Cybersource, fallow up on potential fraud orders to validate and approve/deny orders.
  • Ensure the timely completion of all order discrepancies, shortages, mis-shipments, and defective product returns.
  • Manages warranty related inquires, RA returns and provide weekly RA reports to sales.
  • Serve as the critical intermediate between sales and credit to keep them proactively informed of issues.
  • Provide support to credit and sales by supplying timely proof of return authorizations and receiving.
  • Interact with the accounting, warehouse and sales department.
  • Maintain quarterly reports for vendor defective items to the hardgoods department.
  • Maintain monthly reports for refusal and return authorizations to upper management.
  • Able to identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Organization- responsible for maintaining all RA approvals on file.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of the wholesale/retail industry.
  • Excellent communication/listening skills and have experience in conflict resolution.

  • Bilingual Spanish/ English proffered.

  • Overall industry knowledge and understanding.
